Okay, My wife is in England and her paperwork is taking FOREVER to process. I haven't seen my wife in months and I'm really missing her. Anyone know how to speed up the process of getting her in the states? Looks like a need some friends, on the inside. lol
Any info will be helpfull.

It takes about six to nine months for the processing of visa. ( fiance /spouse)
To speed up the process, make sure all the documents you submitted for the petition are complete and correct. If you have a case number assign to your petition, you can check online the status of your case.
Once she gets a packet from the US Embassy, they will inform her of her interview and if required medical checkup....after these process, she can be given her visa.

you can log to www.uscis.com or contact your local congress representative /senator/governor to help you with your petition especially as you have stated "paper work is taking FOREVER to process".

We just went through it and it took 9 months to be approved which was 2 weeks ago and we are still waiting for the final papers for the final interview. There is nothing that can be done to speed it up. Hang in there and good luck.

Does your wife have a visa to visit? Does she want to work here also? Has she filed for a workers permit?
