It depends on your under tones. Either a darker blond or a reddish brown. You don't wont to go to light at first, gradually build your way into it.

I would go with a dark ash blonde and probably a brown slightly darker than your natural color.
The farther lighter/darker you go from your natural color, the less 'natural' it will look.
