I think he's just trying to play it cool. And second of all, you don't love your crush, you just kind of like him. Don't use the word love it will scare guys away.

HE is probably shocked to hear this. For one maybe he didn't think you felt this way, and two maybe he thought you should be telling him this yourself!
So maybe if you do LOVE him let him know!

thank your friend, she's trying to hook up you guys. And if all he said is 'ok', then he probably hasn't notice you, yet. otherwise, he would've say "really?"
