Young white men with hunting rifles?
Or young chicanos with machete's?

I'm not sure I get the question but, what the Hell:
White men with hunting rifles or Chicanos with machetes, Israelis with tanks or Palestinians with rocks, America with nuclear weapons or Iran --- with nuclear weapons: The question is not a matter of WHO, or WHAT WITH; ... it is matter of INTENT.
But I can assure you that in my neck of the woods it would not be wise for anyone, particularly Chicanos, to bring machetes to a gun fight... ;-)

Young Chicano's with machetes. A machete is a tool that was once used to cut crops and also used as a weapon. Since, Chicano's have voiced their hatred of White people and Americans, and this is the United States of America, I would feel more threatened by them. The 'young white men' with hunting rifles I would feel were there to 'protect' Americans, not mow them down. You said 'community' which intones a 'neighborhood'. Why would any young Chicano's be in a neighborhood in the USA carrying machetes except to harm Americans? Why would any young white men be in a neighborhood in the USA (their country)with hunting rifles, except to protect it? I wouldn't go out to find out. I would just get my gun, lock up tight and call the police, either way.

Chicanos don't need machete's to be dangerous to anyone, just don't mess with them. Young white men need hunting rifles to look dangerous only.

You can't judge either group... it is what the individual does with the rifle or machete...

How many machetes are used in urban combat? I thought the gang weapon was AK 47s these days....
Hunting rifles have a legitimate purpose, as I suppose do machetes. Neither is a problem in and of itself.

it all depends..on the target...the mentality of those holding the machete's and rifles... whether they are good people or not. a lot of hunting rifles killed other than animals. the same with machete's, your questions say soooo much about you... it is amazing.. i remember you
