Does the bible say that God made humans? (leaving no room for evolution). Or does the Bible say that God created evolution, thus humans?

You are mixed up. To say that you can't have God and Evolution is tightening a noose. I believe in the theory of evolution. In fact the evidence is irrefutable. Just exactly what part of the Book of Genesis is out of step with Darwin?

The book of Genesis is where you will want to look for that information. Pick any spot in the Bible and take a left. God created humans out of the dust of the earth. There is no evidence to suggest that God cuased it through evolution, nor is there any evidence to suggest that the days were implying anything other than a literal 24 hour period. Evolution has no place in the Bible, and it has no place in science either. There are those who believe in what is called the "gap theory" that states that God destroyed the world between Genesis 1 and 2 and did it over again. That is not a Scriptural doctrine, and don't let people fool you into thinking that it is. There is no Scriptural evidence for that theory.
Evolution has other problems though besides just disagreeing with the Bible. It disagrees with fundamental laws of physics and genetics. Just because a plane can fly doesn't mean that gravity is not a true law. Just because things look similar doesn't mean the 3rd law of thermodynamics is wrong either.
For these reasons and many others Christians generally reject evolution.
The Bible is pretty straightforward. If you would like the actual passage, it is in Genesis 1:26-27. Regarding man being made of the dust of the earth is in Genesis 3:19. I've had people confused, so if you don't know what those number means, 3 is the chapter of the book you will find the verse in, and search through the numbered verses in each chapter, in this case 19. So go down and find 19. Not to assume anyone stupid, but I'd hate to assume that you knew how to look up verses in the Bible if you haven't ever done it.

It is not entirely clear. The original humans (Adam & Eve) were perfect; we have since changed because we are no longer perfect human beings (some would say that we are de-evolving). Different Christians have their opinions on the subject.
Personally, I don't see from the Bible how humans could have evolved from a lower life form if you take Genesis literally. It seems that the Bible is implying that modern humans have de-evolved from a perfect life form downward to where we are now.
Not all Christians take Genesis literally; some view it as an allegory. Some Christians believe that evolution is the mechanism that God used in creating humans.
I personally do not, and I have reasons which are too long to explain at this time.

It says man is given dominion over the beasts of the field. Ape.
God did not create Ape to rule over everything else, he created Man (in his own likeness) to rule over everything else.

It does say that God created Adam and Eve. They then had children who had children. As time when on, people have evolved of course but just as different characteristics of people. For example, humans get taller, mature faster and achieve changes in looks that made different races more distinct. There is no mention of evolution in the form of animal to human in the bible.
Just so you know, I have heard that scientists HAVE NOT even linked the neanderthals or cave men to modern day humans. From what I was told, there is no proof that modern day man even evolved from them. It is entirely possible that they were a complete, separate animal that was never meant to be humans as created by god but a more animal like being.
However, all this said, it comes down to what you yourself believe. There is no point in believing in something that does not feel right to you. Do your own research because what I have heard could be different from what you may hear. And the only person who can make up your mind for you is you.

Evolution.
I can't see how the even most stupidiest Christian on the planet will deny evolution in Geneses.
GOD create adam from dust and clay.
Let me see , simple organism ( dirt and clay) was evolved with GOD help into the human body.
Now every Christain will argue that day in Eden when god created us is not normal 24 hours day. Some even state it's 1000 years of ours.
Secondly second human was created from rib.
If from rib jump to full female body is not an evolution than i wander what is.
Than comes the child. Product of 2 bunnies.
So lets see again. Dust+clay=Male-rib=Female=sperm=child.
How dumb Christains should be to refuse evolution in its primitive form at least.
Therefore GOD create evolution.

I'm a Christian as well as a scholar and I choose not to interpret the Bible literally. My brain is programed for reason and logic and a lot of text in the BIBLE would not make sense if I interpreted it literally... I would go crazy from confusion or something. I figure no one knows how GOD measured time or anything for that matter. Who said that 7 days could not be eons... Plus I doubt time was even measured at the beginning time. And who says the dust of the ground were not particles of biological life... No one really knows, so please stop arguing!!! Evolutionists and Christians alike!!!
Why are Christians always bashed. Last time I checked Genesis was in the Jewish bible. Does Islam teach evolution too or do people just like to bash Christians???

The Bible says that God created Adam from dust and Eve from Adam's rib. It says nothing about how everyone else (for instance, Cain's wife) was created. I think you need to look at the overall message of the Bible rather than getting caught up in the need to take each story literally. After all, the message is what's important. The exact details of how the world was created are interesting, but more or less incidental.

Genesis 2:7 : "And the Lord God formed man (Adam) of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul." Genesis 2:21- 22 : "And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs and closed the flesh instead thereof; And the rib which the Lord God had taken from man made he a woman, and brought her unto the man." That's what I believe happened, no evolution involved.
