No. You must be a born Soviet citizen. Additionally, you would be required to be fluent in Russian reading and writing and speech. If you were a pilot from another country and wanted to defect.....

I do know a bunch of mexicans are coming here and joining our army. Thats there sole purpose. They get a temporary permit, they offer to "fight for freedom" and get fill citizenship and money quickly then education. I cant blame them, the US ARMY offers alot for its soldiers. Surely this is for a school report, or because your 2nd generation russian..

What's the draw? Badly maintained outdated aircraft? Or perhaps bad rations, inadequate medical care or crummy quarters!
Not fair really, they are a proud Air Force. But they can't hold a candle to the USAF!
You should check with the State Department on what impact that would have on citizenship, especially if Russia started supporting someone we are not allied with.
