Iligally you can go to bit torrent sites...
P2P networks like Lime Wire and what not...
you can technically get a FREE OEM CD from your school (if you go to school) and if you are taking a class that you may need it (or have a COOL teacher Muhahahaha)
Um, why don't you just go and buy an OEM from MS or else where, OEM's are legal

This is not free software. If you manage get them for free. You might go to jail if Microsoft finds out.

Well there is no legal way to do it, but you could always learn how to work with torrents. But of course that is illegal...but to make my point clear, there is no legal way to download OS's. If you want to learn about torrents, search google.
