MPG is (mile per gallon) and its 100 miles per gallon, yes you can drive 100 miles in one gallon.

MPG means miles per gallon...so if your car say gives you 17 miles per gallon, technically you should be able to go 17 miles on one gallon of gas....I don't know of any car that will give you 100 miles per gallon...

If you have 10 gallons of gas you could go 1,000 miles.

10 X 100 = 1000
