The neighbors have 3 parking spots behind their house, which they have filled with all sorts of junk and usually park illegally in the alley. As their junk has grown, their cars have inched in front of other driveways. Now it is completey blocking my visitor spot. I spoke with them when it first happened and assumed they would move it immediately. But nothing. I called security and nothing. They are friends with my landlord, so I don't want to get into a big tiff.

Either call your local parking authority and have them ticketed or have them towed. They should learn their lesson by then.

Well, you could have them towed. You might also speak with your landlord about this. Since they are friends, and you are paying rent to your landlord, which he/she is happy to receive, the landlord probably doesn't want to have a "neighbor problem" either. If you're having this problem and decide to leave, who's to say new tenants won't have the same problem. Besides, you're paying for two parking spaces as part of your rent, I'm assuming.
If it's just "annoying", you can let it go. If you need your space, that's another thing altogether. Could YOU have a "guest" block them in??? How long do they leave the car there at a time? Depending on details, creative/devious ploys could be a bit helpful, too. I've blocked people who parked in my space at my apt. building a few times. They aren't even supposed to be in the lot, so it makes them have to come knocking and ASKING to be let out for taking my space. Not a HUGE punishment, true, but they don't usually do it a second time, either.

Call the landlord. If that doesn't do anything, post a sign saying that anyone parking in that spot without authorization will be towed at owners expense. Then call a towing company. That will get the message across.

in the adventure that they are parking on the lessen on the ordinary public street, they're possibly interior of their rights, until eventually there's a community ordinance declaring you won't be able to park there, or no parking at particular hours, or the like. they do no longer have the right to dam your driveway or (of route) to park on your driveway, yet assuming they're no longer doing that style of aspect, i do not fairly imagine you've grounds to *****. the line in the front of your position isn't your inner most property (until eventually it truly is a privatechronic quite than a public street). what's the issue, besides? Is it only that you think of their motor vehicle is gruesome? perchance they don't love yours, both. i do not comprehend why they could park on your driveway, however. That seems unusual.

Take up the issue with your landlord. You're paying for the right to access your parking spot and they're taking that away from you. If the landlord doesn't do anything about it you could even try withholding money from your next rent check to let him know your serious. Why pay for parking if you can't access it?

Park in front or behind them so as to block them if possible. If that does not work call the cops or go to court.

Do not do anything illegal for they seem to be tough insensitive people who will make sure you come off worse.

This is tough, parking in an alley is a ticket, that is all I can think of.
You don't want to turn a mole hill into a mountain.
If you or any of your family have cop friends they can "focus"
on this.Four tickets in one week is a real message.

Super glue the windshield wipers down on the glass, use it in the door locks, slash the tires, bash out all of the windows, whatever you have to do.....apparently being civilized and asking nicely didn't work!

Take pictures of the car and their junk. Call a tow truck and have their car towed. If you have to go to claims court you have proof.
