you know what? good question.
i think it has to do with the fear of the unknown. we tend to think, gosh this is it; if i let him go, i may miss out on my true love. so then we tolerate a lot. we feel more comfortable with the old someone and are a little lazy to try to go and find a new person. it's a challenge, and we'd like to think we could change you.

Hey when you LOVE SOMEONE IT IS SO VERY HARD NOT TO LOVE THEM. That is when you are IN LOVE WITH THAT MAN. I LOVE YOU IS A DIFFERENT MEANING THAN I Am In Love With you. Being in love will cause you to do and GO THROUGH some crazy crap over that person. But once they hurt you enough then it is what it is ENOUGH. I realized that at one point in my life so I Knew that I had to LET THEM GO. Reason If that person keeps hurting me THEN They ARE NOT IN LOVE WITH ME THE WAY I THEM. Because LOVE does not hurt.

The person we meet is not mean at first they cover it up until u say "yes" to going with them. I know because i went with this guy that was so sweet until i went with him and then it all started he made my life a living h*** and when i broke up with him he made it even worse.

U know I do not know what it is. Maybe it has to do withthe way we were brought up, by our fathers. watching our mothers take what bullshit,they dished and accepting it. No MOre no more, it is a new day for us women because we are worthy to be loved.

I think it's because they love, or loved them, and want to give them another chance--
