It honestly depends on the individual circumstances, how long the person has lived in the UK and why the marriage ended. No two cases are the same, but yes a person can still get citizenship in some cases.

This will depend on the circumstances of the separation and the visa you presently hold. If you already have Indefinite Leave to Remain (the visa you get after 2 years of being on a spouse visa) then you can leave your partner without any risk of your visa being revoked. If you are still on your spouse visa then you will only be able to get ILR under very limited circumstances.

if you leave your spouse it becomes separationa nd you can be deported
you shouldnt marry someone to get a citizenship though

Well who knows. I would think you would be looked at as single. If your husband is the English citizen you will have a job.
