If the motherboard didn't come with monitoring utilities then two you can check out are Motherboard Monitor, http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=311 and SpeedFan, http://www.majorgeeks.com/download337.html note they may or may not support your motherboard or they will only be able to monitor the CPU and hard drives and may not support all the sensors on your motherboard.
