Andrea,

It means

As hard as I have tried to forget you
and pretend to be indifferent,
I simply can't get you out of my mind.

Is it from a song? Beautiful lyrics, in both languages...

Candykills and AlexG are right but I like to add "e tratado" is wrong; it should be "he tratado". The H is silent in Spanish but must be present in writing.
