I believe that they do. I see them at the chain super markets in my home city in the Midwest. They have the cookie sandwiches with the mini M&M's.
You could also try calling their customer service for a list of vendors.
Oh! I think I might have seen them at the ice cream case in Block Buster video too!

They sell them through vending machines in Florida. Most Home Depot's have them in front and the Regal Movie theaters. I know here in Florida I see them all the time. Alot of the Attraction places have them too.
