Yes, it is normal! I came from another country and my husband loves my accent. I was going to take an accent reduction course because I feel self-conscious about my accent, and he didn't want me to take it because he likes my accent and doesn't want me to lose it. And many people told me the same thing: "we love your accent".

Is it normal?? sure...I guess....normal for me, anyway... I've had a couple of boyfiends that came from a different country than me, and one who didn't speak any English at all (I spoke his language, though).
A lot of women really like accents (including me). They're usually very sexy. :)
