my little four year old brother has little red spots all over his chest, neck, arms, legs, and back, he often iches them, he has a slight fever, i need to know what it is

It sounds like chicken pox. Call your doctor and tell them what you suspect. They will need to immediately take him to a room where there are no other children. It's highly contagious and you need to give the doctor's office notice before you go so they can make proper arrangements.

Sounds like chicken pox to me. Try to keep him from scratching them ....it will leave scars and by the way ....as long as the spots have fluid in them and are not fried and crusted over he is contagious. If you have had chickenpox before you should be alright but keep him away from playmates at this time.

this could be any thing from chicken pox to infection to insect bites at any rate since he has a fever and it is bothering him you should take him to see a doctor if it is an insect you might need to spray him with something or your yard with something to prevent it happening again, and infection and chicken pox could be seen about by a doctor..

He may have any number of things from chicken pox, to mumps, to exzema... It depends on where they started at, and if they are in the back of his ears and in his mouth. or what... more details are needed for a definitive diagnosis.

this sounds like the classic case of chicken pox, i recommend a warm oatmeal bath and get him to the doctor

most likely chicken pox but don't rule out scabies
