Dream room...what would the colors be? anything different about it than a normal room? etc?

Well teracota on the upper half and yellow below the dado rail. The ceiling could just be cream and the carpet would be green. That's my dream. And thanks for helping me to put it into words. It would be south facing to catch the sun during the day and to observe most constelations and rising stars during the night. This has put me on a roll. It would have a bay window with the roof made of glass.

I'm a guy "not gay" and still find this one easy , guys like color too.
Mauve is great you can use it in many ways lite or dark even with the shadow effect.
Yellows go with anything and can be used the same way.
Peach a very interesting color that brightens up anyones day.
Those are just a few "guy" colors ha/ha I hope it helps.
By the way the Peach and Lite Yellow really make a room smooth !!

Lilac on the walls with a shiny shimery comforter with purples, gold. Then a huge canopy liner from the ceiling. The bed MUST have lots of pills of all differnent colors that are equal is the shine.

Purple walls, just like tha background on my avatar. It should have brown furniture and ivory or jet black floors. But there should be so much light coming in from the huge glass windows that it would somehow make the room seem brighter.

Smoke white walls, white curtains and sheets/duvet set, a light brown decorated rug by the side of the bed to put my feet on when I wake up, a bedroom set from Ikea in authentic oak and design lamps from Bombay.
In other words, the room I have right now. =)

A King Size Canopy Bed with purple, fuschia, and gold sheer curtains. Almost like an Arabian theme

Terracotta sponged walls, rattan furniture mixed with some antique oak, burnished copper and plum purple accessories-reminds you of a beautiful sunset.

one wall would be turquise, one wall pink, one wall orange, and one wall lime green
theres more variety
right now i have one wall ((the wall with my two windows)) a really bright pink and the other three walls light pink
but i like my room the way it is
i would only paint it those others colors if i moved

my dream room is a room covered in mirrors, floor ceiling, everything in mirrors with glass furniture....more fo show than comfort, but think of the fun you could have in there
