If they say no smoking, then there is no smoking unless they have a spot just for smokers.

Because drinking is optional. Breathing other people's smoke isn't. Plus, i'm already doing enough damage to my liver, on my own, by drinking. I don't need someone to destroy my lungs, and make my health problems work
