Why do you keep asking this stupid question? Canada got involved in the two world wars long before America did. And most of the world uses the 24 hour clock, which only America calls 'military time'.
As the person below points out, Canada also makes a very significant contribution to the NATO alliance.

Canada has been there before many
during most wars, same as Australians,
New Zealanders, and they've never
gotten the world's recognition they

Secondly, the majority of the world

The Canadians did go to war in WWII. They took a section of what I believe was Juno beach (the others were Gold, Sword, and the infamous Omaha). So don't bash the brothers up north just yet.

It is easy to pick on the French, but do you know why they were so easily beaten in WWII? It is because they lost more than half of their men of fighting age during WWI. People like to talk smack, but we cut and ran after a few thousand casualties in Vietnam, so lets cut the French a break.

ok first off what most civilians in america call military time is actually INTERNATIONAL time, we are the only country I know of that uses a 12 hour system, most the other countries of the world use a 24 hour system, it's like the metric system for keeping time. dude don't bash another country like that, it just makes more people want to bash the u.s.

canada is a peace keeping nation unlike our neighbor to the south....we love ppl n dont want to hurt them n yes we are decendents of the french BUT canada is also british the most policing nation in the world until the states took over but we chose love instead of machine guns
