The Arabs were the most literate civilization on the planet up until the Mongols destroyed it. At that time, Europe was as bad as the Arab world today--worse in some ways. Europeans learned so much from the Arabs. We got Arabic numerals (0123456789) from them. All our modern science exists because we got our Greek and Roman texts back through the Arabs, who had translated them. Even in the Middle Ages, a lot of stuff had come from the Arabs through the Crusades. Chess came to us through the Arabs; "checkmate" comes from the Persian "shah mat" ("the king is dead"). Even the word "algebra" comes from Arabic. "Algorithm" comes from the name of the mathematician al-Khwarizmi. Some historians even say that we got the idea of courtly love from the Arabs!
So if you hate Arabs, you'd better live like Europeans did before the Crusades, because without them, we'd still be in the Dark Ages. It might take thousands of years to get back to the level of the Romans.

Only one of your examples even comes close to qualifying as an oxymoron, you moron. An oxymoron is generally a two word phrase in which one word is the opposite of the other.
Ex. Jumbo Shrimp
You see "jumbo" means "big", and "shrimp" can mean "small".
Don't really see how "Central" can be an opposite of "Intelligence".

FYI the Arabs were the most civilized people in the world from about 1000 AD to 1400 AD. The Christian world was in the dark ages while learning florished in the Arab World.

Central Intelligence. Because you see a couple of people blowing themselves up every week, do not assume that all Arabic countries are uncivilized. They are among the richest countries in the world.

I have yet to meet any civilized Arabs Any society that uses their religious beliefs to persecute others is hardly "civilized".
