Even touching your breasts during weaning could cause milk to come in.
Try some cabbage worked for me! Cut it in half and put the leaves in a little bit of hot water (because they're cold ! LOL) them put them on your breasts under your bra I know it will look kind of weird but you have to wear them for at least 6 hours a day for three days or until your breasts feel like they don't have any milk in them.
After u do this your breasts will be completely dry of milk!

Mine leaked for about 5 months after I stopped breastfeeding, so can sympathise. Savoy Cabbage leaves in the bra are good to help dry the milk up.

Stop checking. If you are constantly checking to see if you are still making milk, you will stimulate your supply. You will dry up eventually but for some women it does take a little while. I'm assuming that, since it's been a month and you didn't say anything, you aren't uncomfortable?
EDITED TO ADD: You could try taking a decongestant and see if it helps to dry you up a little quicker. Cabbage leaves in your bra might help as well as drinking sage tea or peppermint tea.

I am a breastfeeding mother and I know how icky you can feel when you leak, but hey, if you're up for it, why don't you donate the milk to the national milk bank? I am doing it and the brochures and info they gave me says that 2 oz can feed a newborn/preemie for 2 days...it also goes to feed babies in the NICU, chemotherapy patients and to ease the burns on the burn victims...its a nice thing to do if you're up for it....plus they give you a free breast pump.

I still had milk for 1 1/2 months after I stopped, the doctor said it was fine. My stepmom had milk in one of her breasts a year after but her gyn said it wasn't a problem. My guess is it will dry up soon

i don't mean to alarm you but my stepmum stopped feeding my little sis a year before her sister had a baby and when the baby cried she started leaking! funny story i just hope it doesn't happen to everyone as i'm breastfeeding too! so no i don't think it's anything to worry about but there may be medication to help you dry up as i think they give it to new mum's who decide not to breastfeed. i would consult your gp.

he's probably napping too a lot in the course of the day. might want to easily take 2 ninety minute naps at that age and sleep 10-12 hours at nighttime. attempt shortening the naps and eliminating that very last 30 min nap.

I think it should just dry up on its own but call your doctor to see if there is anything that can speed this process up.
