The fat content would be too low with just milk. Add some heavy cream and you'll be okay...but it will dilute the chocolate so you might want to add some extra chocolate syrup. 1 cup of heavy cream to 1/2 cup chocolate milk. If the chocolate milk is thinner such as 2% or worse, skim it will take even more cream.

Have you ever blown bubbles in your milk? That's pretty much what would happen -- lots of little bubbles that would dissipate fairlly quickly. If you want the bubbles to stay, you'll need a stabilizer of some sort, like egg whites or a heavy cream.

no but if you mixed chocolate and heavy cream, or whipping cream you would get whipped cream.
