When you refuse to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior.
Joh 3:18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
That will be a sad day when a man or woman comes to the end of their life and falls through deaths door and they realize that all they had to do was take God at HIS WORD and their name would still be written
in the Lambs Book of Life.I believe the last words a lost man or woman
hears is God say I told you that I Loved You.

Only God can blot it out. If you turned your back on Him and entered into a life of sin, it could be blotted out.
