on my windows explorer or internet explorer when i scroll down picture stays u know like it stays still then moves down. its mad annoying anybody knows how to fix this?

You may need more RAM in your PC. Sounds like that or too many programs running at once. How many icons are in your lower right task bar?

I would suggest exiting out and returning to the page. If you don't want to do that then you can minimize the page and bring it back up. Hope this works!!!:)
