You have to decide if you will ultimately be content to just be his friend. If the answer is yes, just be yourself and continue to be his friend. Don't do anything to rock the boat. If he starts to see you as more than a friend he will come around and let you know. In the meantime, continue to get to know him and see if he's really someone you want to date. Best of luck!

Ask yourself if first- you really like yourself/- write on paper your lovely qualities. Yes you do have them. Numbers 1 to 10.
If you can complete that list with excellent answers he'll more than like you= no negatives allowed i dont care if it takes you ten years!

Continue being his friend and flirt with him.
Let him feel special.
Know his likes and dislikes and what
attracts him to a woman.
Then use what u know to get him to
see u like someone more than friend.
U need to perk up his interest.
