Hi Paul, try and cut down a little bit on the sparkling, it has a high level of things we DONT need. Although your intentions are right, you also need to beware of imbalance of ions and electrolytes.....there is also the consideration of water intoxication.
Try and limit it to about 4-6 L per day mate.
12 in 4hrs is far too much.
If you keep it up the Gov may require you to relieve yourself into a reservoir to ensure there isn't a water shortage/hose pipe ban!

There tends to be higher levels of sodium in sparkling water. That may dehydrate you a little. Try Regular.

12 litres in 4 hours! You must be airborne by now! Crumbs.
How do you carry it all? Where do you store the bottles? Logistics nightmare.
Duvet floating too, no doubt.
I love fiizzy water too. But not as much as you.
Call yourself Jumpin' Jack Flash from now on!
(it's a gas,gas,gas)!!

I don't know what 12 liters is in terms of fluid ounces. But I do know that its harder to get hydrated from soda than from water.

If you drink huge amounts of water in a short period of time be sure you're not depleting your sodium reserves or you could die.

It has happened.

you can drown your brain drinking that much water. did you know that most ecstacy deaths are caused by swelling of the brain from too much water not the actual drug? its dangerous. and by the way, sparkling water can have a lot of salt in it. if your wee is yellow then you know its dehydrating you. if its clear its ok sparkling water. but dont drink too much.

It won't do you any harm, however I would get your blood sugar levels tested to see if you are diabetic. A symptom of un-treated diabetes is an incredible thirst causing you to wee a lot, hence making you thirsty.
