I met my wife on over the Internet. I know it still sounds kind of creepy to some people but it's really a good way to meet people there's enough other people looking for a companion on-line, you can stay local, be picky about how you meet and meet in person when you're comfortable and on your own terms. Sounds like the fact your not a drinker (neither am I) and you like to stay at home it's a pretty good fit for you.

I encourage you to think outside the box on this. Any activity which puts you in contact with the female species is a way to meet females. Females are everywhere so just about anything you do is a way to meet them.
So seize your opportunites. Is there an activity you like that could put you in contact with a group of people on a regular basis? (like a bowling league, kickboxing, aerobics, hiking, volunteer work, college class, chamber of commerce meeting if you're a buisness professional, etc)
Evaluate the opportunities you have, then use them to make friends with women and then start from there.

Try going to church or hanging out with people who do other things than go to bars. The old saying is "if you meet in a bar, then what you see is definitely what you'll get." Girls who aren't looking for a "good time" usually don't frequent bars. They are doing things that are community oriented or helping other people.

just chat on line or met people outside of the bars like some people don't go to bars.parks, schools, stores, by friends,by your families friends .

school or another form of class. Art class, poetry class, computer class...check your local university for "continuing education" classes.
I think thats THE best way to meet anyone.
Or there's always church.
