Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Sorry but 102lbs is way too much to lose in 4 months. The most you can safely lose is 1-2 lbs a week. So that's about 32lbs - 40 lbs in those 4 months depending on how many full weeks are in the month.
But here is some advice: Don't drink sodas they have alot of sugar, try not to eat junk food, try not to eat fast food and if you go out to eat with your family order from the kid's menu or just stick to salad with little dressing. Walk and try to exercise and eat 4-5 SMALL portions a day. This way, your stomach always has something in it and you will be more likely not to overeat than if you only have 2 large meals a day.

Losing that much weight in that short of time could damage your kidneys and other organs, not to mention possibly kill you if your heart was distressed. The best thing to do is see your doctor about it and ask them to help.
The best goal is around 2 lbs a week lost. That amount is usually kept off. But, if you are that much overweight you would probably lose more weight at first. You might be able to get 40-50lbs off in that time as long as a doctor checks up on you regularly.
Even for a 15 year old, weight watchers is probably the best way. They teach you a lot and make sure you get the right foods.

loosing weight unless you have a high metabolism is not natural for your body type from what it sounds like. This is not something you do for 4 months and then get fat again ( not saying your fat). first off you need to eat good food, at the right time, and the right amount for example do not eat things like chips, processed foods, things high in fat, and cut out sugar, so pop, candy, and also things like white bread, and pasta need to be very limited. eat small meals all day take the healthy food you normally eat so 3 meals a day and split them all in two so you will eat around 6 times a day every 2-3 hours not 3 meals every 6 hours. another impotent thing to remember is not to starve your self. you will not loose fat you will lose muscle mass first which is not a good things since having muscle will keep your metabolism high. the reason you want to do this is eating every few hours trains your body to expect food every 2-3 hours and your body will prepare for eating and you will use more cals doing this. the point of eating is not to be full but to be content untill your next meal. this will prevent crash eating, which is when you don`t eat enough and you go on an eating rampage, which is not what you want, if you are not eating enough make snacks like carrots, or cellary to trick you body into not craving food. drink alot of water water keeps you highdrated and makes you not as hungry. also don`t eat before you go to bed your body will not burn this food and it will turn into fat, if you do eat before bed do not eat carbs. the next thing to do is exsersise. you should being doing some weight training with light wieghts and high repatitions, then you should being doing cardio for at least 35-45 min at a heart rate of about 145-160 about 4-5 times a weeks it will be hard but this will help you lose the weight. I would suggest you get a trainer to show you how to exsersise properly, and you could sign up to weight watchers or a program that will help you keep motivated. ultimitly you will need alot of determination to be in shape, and a lot of changes to your life style, to stay that way. hope this was helpfull.

Sweetie- I don't know if that's possible. Whether or not it is possible it would be horribly unhealthy. Losing over 2lbs a week is unhealthy (102lbs = 51 weeks= 12 month 3 weeks)
Through a lowered calorie diet and cardiovascular exercise you can safely lose weight. (also be sure to drink enough water, divide your weight by 2 and that's how many ounces of water you should drink per day- if you drink plenty of water every day that too should shed some lbs).
Anyway- 3500 calories= 1lb so it would be safe to say if you reduced your necessary caloric intake by 500 calories a day you would lose 1lb per week. (1000 calories = 2lb per week)
anything more would be unhealthy and you would gain it back quickly as soon as you stopped dieting.

Practically impossible. Average weight loss is somewhere around 10lbs per month, and the initial chart is much faster initially because you lose water weight.
To lose 102 in 4mos you could become a meth addict (do speed) and wrap yourself in a thermal thing that heats your body, that or become a crack head, heh!

dont drinks sodas of any kind. only drink water and milk. dont eat any chips/junk food. start walking a mile a day and every week up it a mile. after u get in better shape start working out. ask ur parents if they can put u in a yoga or pilates class. that really helps. swim laps too because that works every muscle in your body.
just be sure to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, drink a lot of skim milk too.
no fast food!!!!!!!!
