Dirty fingernails...That means she isn't clean. Dandruff could just mean she has a dry scalp and needs to see a dermatologist and she might not know that, but there should be no excuse for dirty fingernails unless she just got off work where she is digging in dirt all day.

dirty fingernails cause dandruff isnt something u can really control. the only way to get rid of dandruff is to use different shampoos and that doesnt always work. dirty fingernails is a hygiene problem and can be fixed in a matter of minuates.

Well on some girls if they have a case of mild dandruff and light colored hair it wouldn't be so bad....But I cannot stand dirty fingernails!
