I'm really hungry and i found two boxes of pudding and want to be creative!

you could make a "skinny pie" ... I got this recipe from my mother-in-law. for the future... if you use sugar free pudding and jello, it's a weight watcher type dessert (with low-fat/fat-free cool whip).
1 pkg vanilla pudding
1 pkg strawberry jello
2 c. water
1 qt. fresh strawberries
mix pudding and jello and add water. bring to a boil.
meanwhile, clean and slice the strawberries.
put strawberries into a 9" pie pan.
pour jello/pudding mixture into pie pan over the strawberries.
refrigerate for a few hours or until jello sets.
top with whipped topping.
I've been meaning to try it with other fruits... since there are so many types of jello out there... I'll bet blueberry and peach would be tasty too. now that you have the recipe... you can be creative in the future with your desserts!!

If you don't have milk I guess you can make a sweetened fruit salad with canned fruit or fresh fruit, mix the vanilla pudding in. If you have milk, then you could make the actual pudding. I once invented a recipe for sugar cookies where you made an indentation in the middle (big sugar cookies, think at least 6 inches across in diameter), put the vanilla pudding in the middle, and then topped it with canned mandarin oranges, sort of like a tart.

Bread pudding? Dip bread in the liquid mixture and allow to set for a bit. Then bake in oven to make it brown.Top with a sprinklin' of cinnamon.

If you have bananas and wafer cookies you can make banana pudding.
