Stress with Zinc isn't a vitamin. Vitamins are labled by letter. (i.e. B1, C, D, E, K). Zinc is a mineral. What you are looking for would be considered a dietary supplement. You are more likely to find it at a healthfood store than at Kroeger.

ask the in store pharmacist about over the counter diet suppliments ....ask about the pros and cons of using them and if they will interact with any prescription medicines you may be currently taking
