An Xray does not leave any residual in your body. It is safe. The reason you wore a lead vest, wasn't to protect your "boobs", it was to protect your internal organs from radiation.

If you only got a simple radiography of your neck and lumbar spine, there is absolutely no trouble with breastfeeding. The only danger with xray is the very very small risk of developping a xray induced cancer. When it appears, it comes like 20-30 years after exposition.

Check with a doctor.
I'm pretty sure they are usually supposed to ask if you are breast feeding before giving you any type of radiation.
