why do people say: "see a doc" I am the Doc, the King, the one, the only, the wise, the silly, the serious, the truth! Just take Vitamin E!!! Wash and message your hair more often then ever before, this will stimulate your roots. Use carrot oil or hair oils with vitamin E!! Thats all you need!!!

You can't .... hormones have show to have slight affect on hair growth but unless you become prego and produce those hormones you can't do much to speed up there process. It's funny ... b/c there are lots of shampoo's/other products that tell you otherwide. Bottom line... wait. Nothing you can do to change the folicle to sprout faster.

How long hair can grow and how thick it is has to do with genetics. The best you could do is eat right and use nutrient rich shampoo or conditioner. If its severe you might want to consider hair implants or some other procedure.

unfortunately not much can be done for alopecia. Ask your doctor what he recommends.

You may look into hair extensions or a hair weave of sorts to be able to deal with what hair you do have.

maybe massaging your scalp.

good luck
