If you were born abroad of US parents, you must have received a Consular Report of Birth from the US Embassy. You can get a replacement here:

Look about halfway down the page, where it says "Obtaining copies of..."

The hospital should keep copies of those records. Otherwise, copies of those documents should be in your dad's (or mom's) military records. From your question I presume that either your father or mother was a member of the armed forces at the time. Therefore, they needed evidence of your birth to consider you a dependent for pay and housing purposes.
You should also contact your parents, if they are alive. They might have copies of them.
