Yeah, they show it on Maury all the time. There are girls who can't really comb their hair, and they have to walk around with their hair like that. It's a shame....

No but whatever it is it will probably tell you how to handle wooly hair and what styles are good for it that will last

I have seen people with some frizzy wooly hair, but never knew it was actually a hair condition and had a name for it. Intereseting! Thanks for the info.
