take it from a guy.... you can't make a guy marry you if he don't want to. If you try to force the issue and he don't want it, he'll run and you'll be stuck holding the wedding bouquet and wondering what happened. How do I know? well, first, I am a guy (at least I was last time I checked), second, someone did try to force the issue with me before (a coulpe different someones actually), and that is exactly what happened. They found themselves single again very quickly.

She can't...or rather she should not. If you have to trick or force a guy to ask you to pop the question....he is not worth it(unless you are getting married for a reason other then love).
Now, a guy can have cold feet and be nervous....but he should be able to get over that one his own...without help.
