How Old is your child? Babies can't even really control their bladder or bowel movements until they are at least two, even though they can be aware even earlier that they don't like it.
Don't push it, but if u watch them u will be able to see when they "have to go", they usually make a funny face or pause during whatever they are doing. When u see this put them on the potty, and entertain them, like reading to them or sumpin to distract them.
They are naturally scared when they "poop" on the potty cause it feels like a part of them is falling off, so u need to encourage them and reassure them.
If she is about 3 or more, u can play on her vanity and get her "big girl/boyl panties". Let him/her know that they r big and that they can have their big girl/boy panties as long as they don't "go" in them. It won't take long before the clean panties will be preferred over the poopy ones.
Just enjoy this time, it doesn't seem like it now, but this will be the easiest time of your life..........wait till they r teenagers lol

Just be patient, it will happen eventually, believe me, I've never seen a teenager poop his pants.

Take away the pull ups and diapers completely. ( I used then at night only for the first two weeks of potty training) Then take her into the bathroom about once every fifteen minutes have her sit down and read a couple of books. After a couple weeks she will start telling you when she has to go or she will run in and go by herself. This is a good time to teach them to wipe with the moist wipes for toliets. (Don't do it for them my friends son was 5 and refused to do it himself, you don't want that to happen) If you stay consistent and take it one step at a time you won't have many more accidents. It worked for my three older children and I am currently starting with my two year old son. Try not to get frustrated it is hard, but so worth it in the end. As for people saying shes to young I disagree. I think theres a small window of time where they are willing to potty train and after that it becomes much more difficult and takes much longer. My oldest was potty trained in 1 week (both day and night), my second in about 3 weeks (again both day and night), my third took about 2 weeks(both day and at night) my fourth is starting this weekend with my two year old.

Having potty trained 5 kids its amazing how many do wake one morning and are completly potty trained. It just means shes not ready yet and you have to let her become ready cuz pushing the issue will only make it take longer.

U really need to be patient
How old is ur child?
Try talking to him/her
and explaining that he/she is now a big girl or boy
and that they need to go to the toilet

Observe when he or she wants to go the toilet
and take ur child their and explain the reasons again
make it a fun process and get ur child involved
Like
Flushing the toilet
and getting the toilet paper
so that ur child will look, forward to using the toilet

Also try and get a book on toilet training

Take away her diaper. (Seriously...she'll learn).

Give her regular underwear. She'll get really sick of having wet/poopy underwear.

The next time your child poops in their diaper you should HIT him/her. (It worked for all the kids in my family.)

How old is your child, and why are you forcing the issue?
