Disagree. There are plenty of obnoxious adults too.

What needs to change are rules of conduct on airplanes. The flight attendents should have the power to issue Conduct Fines to anyone, regardless of age, who is disturbing the other passengers. If the person is a minor, then the Conduct Fine is issued to the parent.

If I am paying the money for a good seat I want room, privacy and little noise. Allowing children under 10 will not guarantee me this luxury. Totally agree.

Yes it is the parents money to spend the way they want. The airlines will not make a rule like that to lose out on a higher priced ticket sold. I can still hear a child from the back when in the front.

I think that they should only be permitted to sit in first class if the full fare is paid. In other words - no frequent flyer miles upgrades. I like to have peace and quiet in first class.

Any passenger willing to pay the first class fare should be (and is)permitted to fly in first class, regardless of age.

I know what you are talking about. It is just that if their parents have the money for tickets they will get to fly first class. There is no way to legally stop them. Take along ear plugs.

children in first class should be made behaving themselves, because everybody around them shelled out the extra money to have a relaxing fight

i agree. afterall, they paid for the ticket and therefore have the right to sit in first class

It depends on the child if the kid is a brat then no but if there some what well behaved it should be ok.
