I don't get what you mean but I can only assume that you are saying that he either shaved a beard or moustache off, or grew one or the other...after thinking about this, it is the only answer I can come up with. One would think you would recognize a familiar face always, but I guess things can change quicker than we realize.....hope that isn't too far out..... :)

Don't think about this any more. If you don't even recongize him any more... story is over! Funny a way to find out that you are over with someone, no?

Don't worry, it happened to me, too... but it was on webcam, I hadn't seen him for 1.5 years alive..... and I didn't recongnize him on the camera any more!
Ridiculous, I know - but for me, it meant one thing: it was REALLY over between us and I stopped talking to him.

Yeah, that's it...he put on a mask. Cuz he was afraid you are stalking him. Maybe you were just hopeing it was him but it wasn't. Or maybe you were dreading it was him but it wasn't. The mind does crazy things!
