You can make mini baked meals in the toaster oven. Put in the tray some meat - beef, chicken, pork - enough for one person - then add chopped up potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, onions. Spray oil over, or roll in some oil. Then add some mixed herbs. It will bake nicely and be ready in about 45 minutes. Turn over a couple of times while baking. You can make gravy in the microwave by heating gravy mix and cold water in a cup. Also any vegetables are good in the microwave - broccoli, beans, spinach. Just put them in for a short time with cold water, with lid on. You can make baked apple dessert in the microwave too. Take the top off apple, core and fill with sugar and raisins. Microwave with a little water fro 3 minutes on high. Home made pizza is nice in a toaster oven too. Just use bread and top with pizza topping, salami, ham, pineapple - whatever you like, and then grated mozzarella cheese. Depending on the oven you may need to toast the bread first - but it will be yummy. This kind of eating should be healthier than eating out all the time too, as you know you are not eating funny fats.
