Coworker hung (in a shared ofice) a picture of himself and his bro as 6-7 year olds in their underroos--underwear and tshirts.

You have got to be kidding me! It is so completely inappropriate to have a picture like that in a common space. I'm embarrassed for him that he would even consider displaying something like that.

Is this an office where you greet clients? Is it common for other people to have family pictures displayed? If family pictures are allowed then I think it's fine. I don't think that anyone who is relatively "normal" would find anything sexual about the picture. If you have to greet clients in this shared office I would suggest that the picture be put in a more private area.

I was going to say no until I read the part about them being little kids. Big deal. I wouldn't say anything. You'll look like a weirdo child molester who doesn't want to be tempted (not saying you are- That's prob. what he'd say behind you back, though!).

It may be poor taste. I'm unaware of the decor in your office. If you don't like it, follow the procedure laid out in you employee guidelines. If there are none, bring it up with a superior.

If you are offended, ((get your big boy pants on)) and ask him to remove the picture or at least move it to where you can never see it (suggest the drawer of his desk...just kidding - don't suggest)...lol
If he refuses to move or remove it...ask nicely again. If it again falls on deaf ears...you've got two choices: 1) deal with it or 2) talk with your supervisor.
