what in my diet is causing me to sweat so much more than the average person? it wasnt always like this, only after i gained 20-30 pounds. i also sweat a lot in my sleep, in a 73-74 degree room.

Lose the 20-30 pounds.

Stop eating carbohydrates. - This is something I noticed while doing the Atkins thing, your body is much cooler when not stuffed with carbs.

Stop drinking alcohol. If you're overweight alcohol will make you sweat like a pig.

I think it's because of your weight gain that's making you sweat cuz you have more coverage and so it's harder for your body to keep cool. Just drink more water and try to do some cardio to get to a healthy weight.

you should change the diet vegitrain diet is the only and only answer if any one sweats in normal condition you should not eat any sought of non veg food from today itself as this is an very serious condition a leabenese man a know died because of same problem he did,t listen to his doctor

you should go to a dermatologist and get special deodorant. after about 2 or 3 weeks of using it you will stop sweating so much.

Sometimes sweating is caused from worrying about it...if you try and keep your mind off sweating you probably wont it works for me.

Botox shots under your arms, or wherever you sweat badly. For real, they are doing that now. Carrying excessive weight will cause you to sweat more.

it may just be your body reacting to the weight gain. It could be a hormonal thing too, the obvious answer would be wear thinner clothes and a fan, but that don't help i know. Try maybe a multi-vitamin. If that don't work I'd ask my doctor for something.
