God did promise to save his people from the wrath of the tribulation period. God will take his people out of here when the antichrist hits the scene. That will be the start of the tribulation period. God will return at the end of the tribulation period to wage war with satan. This is known as Armagedon. He will take the rest of his followers with him. The ones that got saved during the tribulation period.
Differrent people translate things differently. The bible states how things will really happen in the end. God put the the prophecies for the end times in "secret code" or riddles. If you read the book of Revelation you can't understand it. It is not to be taken literally. God said in the last days we would know the secrets about his return. So if most people don't understand what they are reading they intepret it differently.

hey my friend, the book of Revelations is a prophetic book, so if the possibility of several interpretaions, logically because lot of things not happen yet.

there's three interpretations regard this theme:

One - The rapture before the tribulation
Two - The rapture after the tribulation
Three - The rapture in the middle of the tribulation

All these points have verses in the Bible that support them. So, the important thing is that doesn't matter what is first or second you can escape from the destruction and be save. Only by Christ you'll be free and you'll obtain salvation.

No one knows, but we might hope that the rapture takes place before tribulation, or the other way around. It's just their opinion. No one knows but God.

All I really know is when the wrath of God is announced, Gods kids will be taken away. We are sinless in His sight, and His children. Whenever He says it's time to go...we are ready.
