Food? Kitten milk formula, available at most pet stores. You should also consult a veterinarian, even if it's just over the phone.
As for flea medications - don't give any. Most of them are suited for cats that are four to six months and older.

a 4 week old kitten shouldn't be weened yet. It should still be drinking mommy's milk. Is the momma cat still around? If not, I would try to find an animal shelter that might have some formula for her. Sometimes, they have to take in small kittens who haven't been weened yet and have lost their momma, so they have milk formula's that are similar to the mom's milk and still very healthy for the kitten. If the shelter won't let you buy any from them, ask where you can find some (where do they get theirs, or how do you make it?) Also, flea medicine on such a young kitten is unhealthy for them and can be dangerous. Try to keep her away from anything that attracts fleas for now. Good luck!

Hi, kittens that young need a milk formula from a pet store.NEVER give plain whole human milk to animals as food. U can use it as a treat, but never as its source of food. Even as a treat, give very little. After it's weined off the formula, u can use a good brand of kitten food. using canned food will probably give u'r kitten loose or soft stool. At 6 weeks u can use hard food and mix in some water to soften it After 8 to 10 weeks, u'r kitten will be able to chew the hard food. It's also good for their teeth. Hard food helps clean the plaque. As far as flea treatment......NOTHING AT THIS AGE!!!! Give u'r kitten a good bath w/ some dawn dish washing detergent. It may sound weird, but it works. Flea treatments have arsenic in them to kill the fleas, but can also kill u'r kitten. I've seen it happen. A good treatment after u'r kitten is old enough is Revolution for cats. Ask u'r vet about it. Good Luck

Kittens are not weaned from their mothers until they are 6 weeks old. Then at that time, you can introduce them to baby kitten food (Royal Canin has ''baby'' cat food.).
They shouldn't be taken away from momma and siblings, until they are 8-12 weeks old, and they should be spayed/neutered once they reach 2lbs.
A veterinarian will carry flea treatments suitable for use on kittens. Always check the manufacturer’s instructions for use on kittens. Revolution and Capstar have been found to be safe and effective in quick kill of fleas while not harming even day old kittens.

do not use flea medication on the kitty till it is at least 8 weeks old. if you are bottle feeding the kitty you can give it kitten milk supplement or goat milk - you can start giving the kitty some wet kitten food and see if it eats it but eventually I would switch to dry food since its better for the teeth. Also make sure the kitty is pooping and peeing on its own - if its not, you will have to do this for the kitty since its the moms job to do it. gently rub a wet cloth on the kittys privates and it will go potty. you have to do this about every 4-6 hours

Kittens that are 4-5 weeks old can be started on solid food. They should be fed a diet that is complete and balanced for their life stage such as Purina ONE Kitten Growth and Development formula. If necessary it can be moistened with a bit of water but eventually they can eat it dry. If the kittens have persistent diarrhea, they should be examined by a veterinarian.

a 4 week old kitten should still be drinking milk from its mother. kittens are not supposed to be taken from their mother until they are 8 weeks old! you need to get it formula and bottle feed it if it doesn't have its mother anymore. you also can't put flea medication on a kitten that young.

I think you should feed a 4 week old kitten milk for a while until they are at least 6 weeks old then start feeding it Purina Kitten Chow. That what we did with our 9 cats and the vet says that is what he tells his patients. All our cats are heathy now.
