The only time weight loss is "bad" (dangerous) is if you don't actually need to lose weight. Being young and obese increases the risk for many diseases and illnesses including diabetes and heart ailments. See a doctor and if he/she recommends weight loss enlist the help of fitness professionals to devise a safe and appropriate plan to meet your goals.

It depends on whether or not you actually need to lose weight. But no matter what whether you need to lose weight or not it is a good idea to exercise, eat right ,cut out soda, fast foods, junk, instead eat fibers, fruits, veggies, dairy -yogurt is good for this, and DRINK LOTS OF WATER! actuall all you really need is 4 bottles of water a day and your set...
If you do this you will lose weight if you need to. If you dont need to lose weight you are at least getting you body healthy and will not have to worry about being overweight.
As for the exercise...easy, no effort way to get enough exercise for a healthy weight...take a walk ..at least 30 minutes a day or even every other day...It really helps. I did all this and lost 40 pounds in a 6 month period. Fad diets never work..this does, this is what the body was designed for in the first place!
Hope I helped!
And no matter what, do not obcess over the way you look, feel good about yourself and others will see the good in you!

Its good to maintain a healthy weight even while growing. Its important that a proper nutritious diet is maintained during the growing years. I dont think its bad to try to loose weight if it is done using proper diet and exercise.

Yes. Unless you are dangerousely overweight, your body will grow into its frame and your features will eventualy become proportional.
Eat a healthy diet and avoid all the junk food. Get some exercise on a daily basis .
It's ok to treat yourself every now and then( junkfood ) but dont make a habbit of it. Remember, all things in moderation.

How much weight???
If the National Heart Association classifies you as "Morbidly Obese" for your age, height, and life-style ... then you better learn to "Re-Eat" a GOOD Diet.
If the NHA classifies you as "Overweight" ... diet learn to eat more fruits and vegetables ... its a slight adjustment.
If the NHA classifies you a "Normal" ... don't change except skip a desert here and there.
If the NHA classifies you as "Too Thin" ... learn to re-eat more healthy, eating more often with more fruits and veggies ... It is unhealthy to be too thin ... this messes up your metabolism and could cause you to have weight problems in a few years ... when you really can date and get the perfect guy.

It's necessary to eat right in quality and quantity and if that causes weight loss it's absolutely normal and healthy and it wont in any way effect the growing procedure.

Only if you try to lose weight by depriving yourself of certain nutrients. More exercise is much much better than dieting.

it isn't bad to try to lose weight while you're still growing because it's healthy for your body & just don't overdue your work out routines b/c you'll get weak from it.
