I can assure you that anyone who answers more than 10 pounds in 5 weeks is practicing unhealthy habits. On top of that if you lose weight in an unhealthy way you will regain it. I read a lot of articles about weight loss and from article to article they say losing more than 2 lbs per week is unhealthy.
I lost 15 pounds (120 to 105) in a 4 month period. but I am also at a very healthy weight for my height (BMI 20%).

A manager where I work bet several other managers that he could lose 25 pounds in 30 days. He even gave them 4-1 odds. The guy was crazy, and he didn't eat for the last several days (just drank juices and whatnot) while he ran, ran, and ran, and he actually pulled it off. This literally just ended last Monday.
