Get your hair layered. Either short or long layers, that's a personal choice. But it will give your hair volume. Also put some volumizing product in your hair. And when you blow dry, flip your hair forward while drying.

Razor layers look good with really straight hair. Also an A-Line, where its short in the back and gets longer in the front.
