Does anyone else get annoyed or aggravated whenever you ask a question and Christians "answer" your question, not with an answer but with a lot of preaching about their beliefs. I mean, if I wanted to know about your beliefs, I would have asked a question pertaining to that. One thing that is the best repeller to any religion, I think, is pushy preachy people. Does this annoy anyone else?

I'm mostly referring to whenever they don't answer your actual question, but just preach at you. I don't mind them expressing their beliefs if it's actually answering the question at the same time.

as a roman catholic/christian, I answers tons of questions, and for the most part, i don't go preaching, I don't like it when people do, but I try to give the best possible answer to anyones question, and, yes, like most christians, I quote from the bible somtimes. I don't think anyone should go and push their beleifs on one another because, as you said, it only make people less interested. if I wanted somone to understand and maybe convert, then I would go about a different way, by just being an example and showing them I am happy with my faith. I have, indeed, converted one person, without knowing it, but it sure did make me happy when I found out. if any one else pushes, then that might be their way, but not all christians are like that. and, to answer your question, yes it does annoy me when i have to hear others preach. a lot of times, i wil get mad at them because i know all they are doing is just making you guys have a good reason not to like us.

Yes I do get pretty annoyed. Often when people ask political or other types of questions people get preached at. That's not what they asked for...no one wants a lecture.
However, I'm pretty open minded. I believe that they lead their lives by these religious beliefs. I'm pretty sure that their political beliefs and their entire lives are influenced by them. So, when they answer questions they're probably just drawing from their own experience. Unfortunately or Fortunately (however you see it) they draw everything from their religion and not from any other source.

You know what, I'm a Christian, but I do sometimes get annoyed by people who are so eager to cram their faith down people's throats. It doesn't usually do any good! If your heart is not open to God, I doubt that I can reach you. I apologize for those pushy, annoying people. God loves you, and it's true, but I can't force you to embrace His love.

YES! whenever I ask a specific question to evangelicals here all I get is either their opinion with no reference to back it up or what their organization has taught them stated as fact.

Yes and I have started reporting them for either not a question/answer or gaming for points as that's what they're doing.

Absolutely. Oh, and I hate it when they tell you they'll pray for you. What do they think will happen? They'll pray for my salvation and I'll reconvert to christianity? Prayer does nothing...
