I'm guessing you just want a direct translation of you name not the actual meaning ?
But the basic rule is there are no actual vowels in the hebrew alphabet and no double letters so your name in actual fact should be much shorter than in English, by my very rusty calculations (I lived in Tel Aviv in the 80s) you should have 4 consenants and 2 accents, You would still have the 2 "V"s the middle "E" (this wouldn't be an actual vowel) and one "N" all written right to left of course. Try looking at www.jewfaq.org/alephbet.htm and you should be able to piece it together. Its easier to write in upper case as lower case is more squiggly.

the viv root means "living" so the hebrew would be Chaya
