I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Some people geesh.....isn't it a bore when little boys get on here and do play ground mini bully stuff? Oh well.
I am diabetic. There is no way I can eat yogurt or cottage cheese. I do however nibble on seeds & nuts (pumpkin, almond, walnut, sunflower) Russell Stover orange creams(sugar free) are to die for. I love to dip celery sticks in mayo heavily seasoned with oregano. Radishes or cucumber for fresh crunchy in this heat is very nice. Cut a lime in half and lick it. A bowl of shredded wheat with splenda and not drink the milk almost zero sugar. Hmmm....I think I need a snack now....hope some of this is a helpful change.

My sister also has variety a million diabetes. the region for me is i comprehend that in the journey that your sugar receives too low you are able to faint and that i'd have a paranoia of a faint nanny with my little ones. yet, my popular selection would remember upon how properly you're with the little ones and your skills. i'd merely be continuously calling you to envision each little thing is in tact. and that i do might want to say the way you deal with the diabetes quite shows how to blame you're. it is a plus. sturdy success.

My grandma always ate veggies and dip before bed and she was a diabetic. I don't know what type you are so I'm not sure of the severity of what you eat. she was able to be a little more playful with her food.

What about peanut butter on triscuits? I would prefer the cottage cheese with that , but as you said , you didn't like it. If you get some squash and cut some round slices and boil that for about 20 mins. , then sprinkle them with lemon pepper , that's a good one i like.
